The various interfaces provide a simple scrolling mechanism to choose the start time for a job and then to select the basic time for repetition.
Example time setting dialog on X-Windows.
Select the appropriate box and click the up or down arrows to scroll the time. ALL the other boxes are appropriately adjusted.
A similar time setting dialog is provided on character terminals
