We provide for two kinds of monthly repetition:
With months relative to the beginning, you specify a number of months between each repeat and a target day (1, 2, 3 etc) from the beginning of the month. If the repeat cannot be performed on the target day on any month, because the "days to avoid" restrictions forbid then it is moved to the following day until an acceptable day is found.
On subsequent months, the original day is reverted to.
